The AIIDE-19 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, the opening reception, the poster/demo session reception, and access to the electronic AIIDE-19 proceedings. Technical registrants also receive a discount on attendance at workshops and tutorials.

Workshops and Tutorials Registration

• W1: Experimental AI in Games (EXAG) (October 8-9, Two-Day)
• W2: Artificial Intelligence for Strategy Games (October 8, One-Day)

• W3: Game Analytics (October 9, One-Day)

• T1: CamJam: Using the Camelot Virtual Environment (October 9 Half-Day PM)
• T2: Machine Learning for Games (October 8 Half-Day PM)

AIIDE-19 workshops and tutorials will be held October 8-9, just prior to the technical conference. Registrants may sign up for any combination of workshops and/or tutorials on October 8-9.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT SIGN UP FOR CONCURRENT EVENTS, so please consult the schedule carefully before making your selections.

Workshops and tutorials are individually priced. A discount is applied for main conference registrants. Individuals wishing to attend workshops and/or tutorials only should select the Workshop/Tutorial Only option for their registration type. The workshop and tutorial only fees do NOT include admittance to any AIIDE-19 technical sessions, opening reception or poster session. Registration is valid for the day(s) of the workshops and tutorials only.

Opening Reception / Poster Session Guests

Admittance to the AIIDE-19 Opening Reception (Thursday, October 10) and conference-wide Poster Session (Friday, October 11) is included in the AIIDE-19 technical conference registration. Guests are welcome for the following fees:

Opening Reception Guest: $55.00 Poster Session Guest: $30.00

Registration / Proof of Student Status

To register online, please complete the registration form. If you qualify for student rates, you will be required to submit proof of student status (PDF) through the online system before you can complete your registration.

Refund Requests

The deadline for refund requests is September 20, 2019. All refund requests must be made in writing to AAAI at aiide19@aaai.org. A $100.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Onsite Registration

Preregistration is required prior to arrival onsite by registering online. All attendees must pick up their registration packets in the foyer of the Georgia Tech meeting room (TBD). Registration hours are scheduled for Tuesday-Wednesday, October 8-9, 8:00am – 2:00pm; Thursday, October 10, 8:00 – 5:00pm; Friday, October 11, 8:30am – 5:00pm; and Saturday, October 12, 8:30am – 12:00noon. These hours are subject to change depending on the final program.
