This year’s conference features a special theme of “Human-Centered Evaluation”. In addition to general topics of interest in entertainment AI, the conference program will feature speakers, panels, and paper sessions that focus on directly evaluation and critical analysis of AI in digital entertainment contexts.
AIIDE’19 will include invited speakers, research and practitioner presentations, panels, playable experiences, project demonstrations, interactive poster sessions, product exhibits, workshops, a doctoral consortium, the StarCraft AI Competition, and an artifact evaluation. We invite researchers and developers to share insights and cutting-edge results from a wide range of AI-related projects and encourage the presentation of a) results from core AI research areas applicable to interactive digital entertainment and b) AI approaches developed and fielded in entertainment experiences.
