The undergraduate Computer Networks course has been restructured to provide more emphasis on
Wireless Local Area Networks. The impact on the lectures is that some material will be presented
"out-of-order" to enable the students to get an early start on the programming assignments.

All the programming assignments for Term B05 have been significantly revamped.
As a small token towards our awareness of the tragedies that have befallen the people of the U.S. Gulf Coast, all the programming assignments share a common theme of building software that could be seen in a context of providing technology assistance to disaster evacuees.
To keep the student programming effort reasonable for a seven week term, all the assignments except
Program 1 are to be completed by three-person teams.
