Due Dates
- Projects: They will have their due dates announced when a project is released.
- One-day late submission is accepted with 10% off the max grade.
- Two-day late submission is accepted with 20% off the max grade.
- Beyond that, no late submission is accepted.
- Quizzes
- The
instructor will specify the scope of each quiz. Specifically, quizzes
will be on the team presentations. Each quiz will cover the two team
presentations given in the preceeding two weeks.
- Teaming
- As mentioned above, projects and presentations will be
done in teams of two.
- Presentation
vs. Projects
- Since the number of students in large, some teams may not do
presentation while other teams will do a presentation.
- Expected to have 10 slots for students presentations (See the
Schedule tab).
- Teams who will do a presentation will skip one coding project
or HW (the team decides which assignment to skip).
- The Instructor will assign the teams the papers to read and
present.
Final Exam
There is a final exam. No midterm
exam. The final exam is comprehensive and it will only cover the
material covered by the instrctor (not the students team presentations).
