Here are three OptionButton ActiveX controls that are grouped together so
that only one can be selected. The choice is reflected in the CommandButton
below. It's worth noting that these are 4 separate controls and that VBScript
within the HTML is used to implement the dependencies. This is different
than the Java examples where everything was done within a single Applet.
