FREE SPEECH ONLINE BLUE RIBBON CAMPAIGN

I've used .xbm images to HTMLize the mathematical notation, and amended some of the original text to minimize the number of different images needed.  There are 25 images in all, of which 21 are under 300 bytes each.  Nearly all of the mathematical notation occurs in the section "Recursive Adaptable Grammars".

I've also altered the section headings for more convenient Web browsing.

The abstract is reproduced on my thesis page, along with pointers to additional materials.
