Cognitive and Social Aspect
This is the programmer's aspect. C is an example of a language
with high ptogrammer visibility. It should be easy to read and write
programs in the language. Most people would agree that it is easy to
write programs in BASIC, but reading them is more difficult.
With programming maturity, C is also easy to write, but hard to
read.
