General Course Discussions with the Class

There are two similar but independent ways to do this:

The e-mail list "cs2223" can be used to send messages to anybody who is subscribed. E-mail your postings to cs2223@cs.wpi.edu. To subscribe or unsubscribe, send e-mail to majordomo@cs.wpi.edu. If you send mail to majordomo with the one-word message "help" (without the quotes), you will be mailed instructions.

This is generally the best way to get information about the course. Feel free to ask or any questions about the course.

Confidential e-mail to the teaching staff

If you have questions, comments, or complaints which are too confidential to post to the course list, send them to cs2223_ta@cs.wpi.edu. The teaching staff monitors this e-mail so you can usually get a response within a few hours to a day.

Please do not use this address for routine requests for help with the problems. Many others will probably have the same difficulty. By posting the questions and the answers in the general discussion areas, we can all learn from the discussion.

Confidential e-mail to the instructor

If you have questions, comments, or complaints which are too personal to share with the TA, e-mail them to the Instructor, wittels@cs.wpi.edu. Expect delays of a day or more in getting a response sent to this address.

Other e-mail addresses

There aren't any. Don't send e-mail directly to the TA - it won't count as official course correspondence and the TA has been asked to ignore any such mail.
