Academic Resources Center for CS 1102 (A16)
For extra help with CS 1102, students may also take advantage of the
WPI Academic Resources Center (ARC). The ARC this year has several
tutors who have taken and performed well in CS 1102. Although they
may not be as up-to-date on your specific homework as the teaching
assistants assigned to CS 1102, these tutors are generally familiar
with the content of the course and can definitely help you.
An ARC tutoring session lasts up to an hour and takse place in
the ARC offices located between Daniels and Morgan Halls. Groups of
students can come to a single tutoring session, but only a single
student can reserve that session. Please email the tutor before
bringing friends to a session.
To sign up for a tutoring session:
- Log in using your bannerweb credentials at https://tutortrac.wpi.edu
- Click the 'Search Availability' box under 'Student Options' on the left
- Choose the 'Academic Resources Center' from the dropdown menu on the left
- Select 'CS 1102' from the dropdown menu for section and 'General Tutoring Help' for the reason.
- Click the search button. This should show a calendar with available tutors. Click on the name/time that fits your schedule.
