About this role:
Develop web applications, integrations, data imports, reports, and utilities on our investment accounting system. Become a key contributor on a small team. Perform needs analysis, design & implement solutions to overcome challenges. Leverage your technical and communication skills to serve customers. Train users and document best practices. In short, become an IMS product expert. Most customer communication is done over the phone and online with very minimal travel.
Qualifications:
Technical proficiency is very important; report writing, data management (mapping/importing), and scripting (PowerShell). We like experience implementing or maintaining accounting software systems and investment and accounting knowledge. Previous experience with financial and/or reporting systems is helpful.
- Technical proficiency, problem solving, and system delivery skills
- Good interpersonal, and client communication skills.
- Experience with customer training, product documentation, and sales support a plus.
- Financial and or software services industry background helps.
