For consistency, everyone must use the following compression settings for
the final project:

 1. Click Rendering->Render Setup
 2. In 'Common Parameters' roll-out in the Render Setup dialog, click Files... 
    under 'Render Output'
 3. Choose AVI File under 'Save as type:'
 4. Enter filename and click Save
 5. Click on the 'Setup...' button and in the "AVI File Compression Setup" 
    dialog choose MJPEG Compressor as the compressor
 6. Choose 75 for Compression Quality
 7. Click ok
