I am currently a funded graduate student at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), working as a Research Assistant for Dr. Craig Shue. My intrests involve securing residential Internet of Things (IoT) devices, web security, and networking .
Establishing security properties of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, classifying residential IoT device communication design patterns, and deciding what attack vectors must be satisfied to increase IoT security. Advised by Dr. Craig Shue and Dr. Krishna Venkatasubramanian of the WPI Computer Science Department.
Evaluating the effectiveness of graphical user interface actions and analyzing if actions increase network flow security. Creating higher level network flow policy with the use of software defined networks to secure end-host system interactions within their local network. Advised by Dr. Craig Shue of WPI Computer Science Department.
Effectively monitor and actively create ways to prevent distribution, communication, and attacks made on servers via cross-platform hybrid (peer-to-peer and client/server) model botnet through the TOR network. Advised by Dr. Wei Lu.
