3.1 Flocks of flocks
There is an interesting thing about some of the quackers that the NAQ studies. Some of the species actually have flocks that band together. So there are flocks within flocks. It would really help if the quackologists were able to have the system handle these. It turns out that the type of questions they want to ask of a flock are the same kind they want to ask of a single quackable object (e.g., how many quacks does it make). They'd like us to, as Capt. Picard would say, "make it so."
How might we do this?
