The three main stakeholders for your project are presented on this page. In addition, there is information about your technical consultant who, while not really a stakeholder, is available to give you advice.

Russell is your main customer. He thinks he knows what he wants, but could be convinced that there are other things that a good system can do for him. He's not too technology savvy. He normally wears his yellow hat and confused look.

J.J., or Mr. Draco to you, is the V.P. of software development. His main concern is the bottom-line. If you deliver what your customer wants, on-time, and on-budget, he's a happy camper. Otherwise, he can get very mean. He has no sense of humor whatsoever. He wears his Rational University hat to let eveyone know that he is a very process-oriented person.

The bald, smiling guy above is your professor. He wants you to learn a lot and is here to help you understand the project better and help you with any problems you might have. Oh yes, he also assigns your grade.

Gonzo really likes to play with technology and loves to code. He has great ideas and is happy to share them with you. He loves the challenge of taking new, bleeding-edge technology and applying it to all kinds of problems. Gonzo is continually looking for new ways of expanding his horizons.
