The following two links lead to data files for the Chi-Squared homework exercise we discussed in class. The first link has the data in an Excel spreadsheet. The second link has the same data in a text file. The Excel spreadsheet also has a sample calculation showing how to calculate a cumulative normal probability using the built-in Excel function NORMSINV. Using this function will save you the trouble of looking up values in the normal distribution tables.
Perform Chi-Squared test of the hypothesis that this data comes from a normal distribution. I suggest that you use 5 cells for the Ch-squared test. Your first cell should begin at minus infinity, and the last cell should extend to infinity.
