Every group member will be asked to assess the degree of contribution (effort) of each member of the group. That will be taken into account when allocating a score for the project to each group member. For example, those who did little work will get a reduced project score. Anyone who did no (or close to no) work according to all the rest of the group members will get a very low score for the project -- thus reducing their course grade to a C or worse.
