Aspects of Database Systems
Required Textbook / Reading
The first 5-6 lectures, we will be covering material based on the textbook
by Abiteboul, Hull and Vianu. We will also be following the textbook quite
closely -- therefore do buy the textbook. The second book mentioned below
(by Zaniolo et al) is also a good book for most of the topics covered in the
first 5-6 lectures.

Zaniolo, Ceri, Faloutsos, Snodgrass, Subrahmanian, Zicari
