ROTATION
Take 4 scenes.  For each scene, rotate by some random amount between
-90 and 90 degrees, centered in the image center.  You get the scene
pairs and must find rotation, and then must realign and compute the
error difference image.

Take 1 scene.  Rotate by 4 random amounts with random centers of
rotation.  Combine the 4 images into a single image.

Your project should describe the approaches considered and taken,
specific algorithms, literature citations where appropriate, and
demonstrations of your results.
