Pitkow/Recker policy for servers did not work well here.

• Dynamic documents: send differences?

• More complex multi-layer cache.

• Interaction between cache replacement and coherency

• Workload concerns.

• Never address the tradeoff between HR and WHR

• SIZE requires more proxy state---more entries.
