PRIDE is a "hierarchically guided refinement" design system, but with
a looser control system than in DSPL (i.e., less predetermined), which
is organized around goals.

It shares many things in common with AIR-CYL.  However, the
differences are worth finding, and the different philosophies behind
the two systems worth explaining.
