This paper is included because it shows some of the power of having a
rich representation: especially one based on a detailed account
structure, behavior and function. Analogical reasoning (with
association as the key part) is seen as an essential part of
creativity. Analogy is possible within a domain -- the simplest
version can be seen as CBR. Cross-domain analogy can lead to very
inventive concepts. However, finding and then mapping source analogs
is a far from trivial problem.
