
Uri Braun (CS '00) receives prestigious Siebel Scholar award
The Siebel Scholars program recognizes the most talented students at the world's leading graduate schools of business, bioengineering, and computer science. Siebel scholars are selected based on outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated leadership. The award also comes with a $35,000 fellowship. Former WPI student Uri Braun (CS '00), now completing his PhD in Computer Science at Harvard University, was one of 85 recipients of this prestigious award. Prior to starting his PhD, Uri spent four years at EMC in the core Enginuity team. Enginuity is the operating system that runs the Symmetrix system. |
