Google has been a well known company around the world for its search
technology, as well as some other useful web-based applications.
However, behind the huge success, Google test engineering hasn't been
exposed very much to the outside of the world. This talk will walk you
through some aspects of insider-view of test engineering at Google,
including Role of test engineering, accomplishment and challenges.
The author uses both front-end testing and back-end testing as
examples to explain the typical testing strategies and testing
concerns that have been applied to Google. In the end, the author uses
an actual SET -s work as an example to illustrate what a typical
SET-day would look like at Google.
It's challenging and fun. Join the wave!
