Notes to assist with completion:

a) "Course Outcomes" are determined by the instructor. 

   i.e., what you would like students to be able to do, or to know. 

   Try to make <action> a verb 

b) The <outcome #> is from our CS Outcomes list.  e.g. 19

c) The <evaluation ID> is assigned by you and indicates where this
   course outcome is evaluated.  You can give a list, or just one. 

   e.g.,  HW1, Exam2, Proj3  

d) If you have problems with this -- and it ain't easy -- try working
   from the list of Departmental Outcomes to see which ones apply to
   your course, then figure out which exams, homeworks, labs,
   presentations or projects will match each.  After that go back and
   figure out reasonable Course Outcomes that match the list you have
   built.
